Ankle Pain

Are you struggling with pain in your ankle?

Do you have pain, swelling, or instability in your ankle that makes walking or exercising difficult? Ankle pain can appear suddenly after a twist or fall, or gradually from wear and tear. Some people describe a sharp pain when turning the foot, while others feel a constant ache that worsens with activity. Paul will carefully assess your ankle, sometimes with imaging like ultrasound or X-ray, to find the cause and get you moving comfortably again.
