Flat Foot

Do you have flat feet or fallen arches?

Do your feet roll inwards or look like they have little to no arch? Flat feet can sometimes cause aching in the arch, heel, or even up into the knees and hips after standing or walking for long periods. While some people have no symptoms, for others it can lead to fatigue, poor foot alignment, and pain. Paul uses biomechanical assessments to see how your feet function and recommend solutions to improve comfort and stability.
