Patella Tendinopathy

Pain just below your kneecap?

Do you get pain just below your kneecap when running, jumping, or even walking up stairs? Patella tendinopathy, sometimes called “jumper’s knee,” is common in active people and can make sports or daily activity uncomfortable. The pain is often sharp at the front of the knee during activity, then lingers as an ache afterwards. Paul uses targeted assessment and ultrasound to confirm the problem and design a programme to get you back to pain-free movement.
